Check your sign-in details and find the right person to help.
  1. Check that you are at app.writingboost.com.au and using the sign-in method your school provided.
  2. Check for typing mistakes or an unintended account selected in your browser. If you need your details reset, use the recovery option offered by the app or ask your school administrator.
  3. Students should ask their teacher for help. If the problem continues, contact support with the error message and your school name. Do not send your password.

A page is not loading correctly

Work through connection and browser checks without losing your writing.
  1. Before refreshing, keep a safe copy of any unsaved writing if you can. Check that the device has an internet connection.
  2. Once your work is safe, reload the page. If needed, try an up-to-date browser approved by your school.
  3. If the issue continues, note the page, time, browser, and any error message. Send those details to support, leaving student information out of screenshots.

Find privacy information and support

Know where to ask questions about school and student information.
  1. Read the Writing Boost privacy policy for information about how personal information is handled.
  2. For school-specific data or access questions, start with your school administrator.
  3. Contact the Writing Boost team if your question needs further clarification. Describe the issue without attaching sensitive student information.
